Markus Egger goes through some of the checklists before bracing down for Hurricane Rita.Interesting read and yes, I have the same question about 100 mile winds - what does that really mean?
Does it rip a tree out of the ground?
Can it overturn a car? A truck? A tractor?
These are the types of things that they should have let people know.
